okay i understand the basics of SCROG but i have a few questions

do i top the plants before it hits the screen? and if so can i top all the flower tops on one plant?
how do I situate the stems to go through the net? do i just let it go straight up and just make sure only one flower top per hole or do i bend the plant over like in LST

top the plants before they hit the screen, it should be about 10 or 12 inches above the pot.
once enough growth is over the screen you push it back down and position in the next hole.
its pretty much LST with a screen

be patient it takes a while before your plant will begin to fill the screen.
timing is important. when you switch to flowering, your plants stretch.
anticipate this stretch and leave some room in the screen.
