Well, I'm no proponent of chipping anything, but it was their bags not the children that were being chipped. I'm sure you could convince some idiots to chip their children, (In the name of safety or some other emergency), I'm hoping I don't live long enough to see it, as I may go balistic when they try it on my Grandchildren. Now to be fair to the school district, Tracking children may be a good Idea, as long as it isn't in or on their bodies, I mean it would be nice to know all the children made it to and from school safely. I think this could end by the end of middle school though.
