Hey man, looks nice. That dutchmaster is supposed to be good stuff. How many plants are you going for total and how big exactly is that grow space? For the falling over plant, take one of the those twisty ties for bread bags and cut it about an inch long. Stick it into the soil right near the base of the sprout and coil it around the stem corkscrew style. Don't make it too tight around the stem because you'll want to put a fan blowing strong on this plant so it kind of rattles around in the twisty coil. The point of the coil is just so the plant isn't blown flat to the ground. Keeping the light a proper distance and having a strong breeze is the only way to strengthen the stems.
