You are joking right? Please tell me you are joking. It doesn't matter if it is a Sativa or Indica. The plant will conform to it's pot size. It will get as big as it's rootball will allow. I have grown Indica and Sativa in 1.6 gallon pots. They were all healthy and fine.
14 days is about right for transplanting out of starter cups. If the rootball is really tight just loosen it up a little with your fingers as you move it to the new larger pot. Use a drop or two of superthrive in some water and lightly water the new pot after you get the plant into it. Raise your lights up a little for a few days to help with the shock, and then you should be fine.
