hey guys, i was curious about the laws reguarding growing and smoking marijuana in other countries.

Ofcourse the netherlands would be ideal, but im looking for a place to live, and raise a family down the road, and i hear it is quite difficult to qualify for immigration to the netherlands.. if anyone has any info, please let me know. thank you!!
