You're exactly RIGHT, rockfish. But, not a fucking thing will change until those who tend to be more moderate (read: don't make a lot of noise) start making some serious NOISE.

So, I've got a friend on another forum who lives in Georgia, used to work for the local D.A. He says there was a pretty big bust there (he's not in Atlanta.. can't remember exactly where he is) in his small town -- 9,500 plants. CAN YOU IMAGINE taking care of even 1,000 plants???? Dayumn!
