yea go to radio shack and buy one of those univesal chargers and adjust the setting to 3 volts and just cut the end off and solder your wires on to where the positive side goes on 1 batt and the neg on the other side with a jumper connecting the other neg and pos that should do the trick but i dont think a fan that runs off 3 volts is going to be enough imo i would just go to a flea market and try to find a cheap plug in fan
