Air stimulation is not only unharmfull its 100% needed for a strong & healthy plant,it stimulates stem growth & branching, without wind induced stimulation you'll end up with dandy lion lookin stems that are weak & have a very hard time supporting bud weight urring late flowering.

Start out by letting the air gently move the top leaves on the plants, after a few days have the air flow move the entire plant gently, after a few weeks increase fan speed & repeat the process, each time moving the plants a little harder, the end result will be plants that are very strong.
