Wonder if the author of that manual speaks English as a first language.

I get endless amusement from 'Chinglish' and 'Japlish' - English written badly by speakers of those languages comes out really funny sometimes.

I shouldn't be too hard on the sods... Believe it or not, writing useful instructions is a distinct skill for a lot of people and is in great demand. Not many do it terribly well, though.

Yep, like FF says, leave it on constantly. I'm sure that's what the joker writing the manual was trying to say.

Put some hydrogen peroxide in the cloner water to prevent stem rot. Use 50% horticultural grade H2O2 @ 1ml/litre every 3-4 days. If you can only get pharmacy grade 3% H2O2, use 17ml/litre. For 6% H2O2 use 8ml/litre.
