oh i just saw it says new england... sry i dont know there laws... if you have any questions about it i would do a search engin for new englands medical marijuna program... i know in oregon it was very simple.... 3 trips to doctor about any tipe of pain then you go to the state office pay $100 and boom the card is yours..
