If so ...this is horrible news...

a limit cannot be set until it is voted on. i think prop 215 allows for "personal use". whatever that is. it goes back to whatever prop 215 actually says as far as limits. sb420 is unconstitutional. limits cannot be set without voter approval. it could go either way at this point.
