HPS 400w has 55,000 lumen and a MH has 35,000.
Plants need for ROBUST GROWTH
2,50 Lumens - Seedling
2,500 Lumens- Veg stage
25,000 Lumens Flowering
The absolute most efficient bulb is the 600W HPS (150 lumens per watt)
At best (40,000 lumen) the lights you are talking about have 100 lumens per watt. That’s not bad but it's not better than 400 HPS at 137.5 lumens per watt.
With a switchable ballast (400w) you can veg with MH with more light than you need, and HPS flower with more light than t12 always in a perfect spectrum, for less money.
