IMO I would save up for a few weeks !
Don't spend 30-60...... on bulbs.
And don't spend 30-60...... on fixtures.
Now your 60-120......into lights and you have a nest of wires.

Just save up and buy a nice t5 4 foot 4 bulb set up with bulbs included mixed spectrum fro @ $179.00
