Why oh why do dumbasses by-pass the meter? It's just asking to be busted. That and setting the place on fire, 2 busts around here in the last week, the fireman WILL call the cops! Just pay the bill, the electric co. will take your money and smile and say "Thank you for your business". and don't set your house on fire, be careful with electricity around water,,,
