I have heard that experienced growers always do a few simple things. Pay their utility bills on time. Mow the grass in the yard neatly. Never have a flashy car near the grow-house. Never have many people around. Have normal shades and blinds on the windows. Etc.

This "take-down" started because many of those rules were violated.

My question is the "anonymous tipster"; can one guy call the cops and give a tip and then the cops get a warrant?
