Going to the VA for anything medical I wouldn't do on a bet. My dad did use it a bit though I would have paid for him just so wouldn't. I don't have a high opinion of them.
I did get a bit of medical care while I was in and a could say bit about that, but it wasn't that bad.
I also had some college after I got out and I did think about using the bill, but not much.

I took off a week and went to work but after a few a while I went to tucson and ran pot across from nogales, made a lot of money but in a little less than a year I knew that the time was coming for me to fall so I quit and split.
I never liked mushrooms that well, though I did do them some a few times a year I would pick some. boil and mix with it lemon koolade and go around turning on whoever wanted some.
I have stayed in a commune a few times and have had free love a few times as I was always horney. But I couldn't really get totally into the hippy thing not that I didn't try, it just wasn't my thing. The best LSD that I ever had was in tucson in 70 it was a microdot that was white with very very small purple spots a friend woke me and said take this and I did not thinking that I had setup a camp next to a friend who lived in his tent, he came by to get me and I was peaking or wouldn't have went [the road was to bad for my car] and I went as we were on the way it started to rain and each drop was a different color , when we got there my friend went to bed and I set in my tent by myself in a bad storm the wind was gusting 30+miles an hour pegs came out and the tent would lay over then come mostly back up I had a flashlight and a big sandcandle, you can believe me when I say that it was a very long night. I'm sure you know the storms can be out there and the LSD was at least as strong as any 5 microdot or sunshine that I ever done, I always did 2 or 3 of the best. Drugs were sure cheep back then and there if you ever got down to tucson you may remember sabeno canyon [thats not how its spelled] that was a nice place, I wander if you could even get in the water now. Some good times back then.
