Check office supply store for mylar. That where it's sold here...If not available paint flat white. It won't absorb light and won't mis-direct light like foil.....
As for "office" lights ????????????????????????????? I'm a bit skeptical of their
light output, I may be wrong but I don't see using full spectrum lighting in an office..........
