well it is a splash when you consider 2/3 is water.
but mixed with oily teas like peppermint works pretty good. Ive done that without any milk at all and gotten a body high. Oily teas apparently (from what i hear and tested) also do some crap with extracting shit and crap and stuff. who knows. i just fucking drink it. Im not a scientist. just tell me how to brew it, bake it, smoke it, fuck it, suck it, lick it then I'll figure it out from there! haha. okay... scratch the last three.
