Here's a good review of the book, both pro and con:

However, the review doesn't say anything about how RP covers the Federal Reserve in the book. His exposure of the FED takes up about a quarter of the book and is just great.

One Idea that I'll share is this: Ron Paul points out that we have been deluded to believe that inflation is rising prices, when rising prices are just a symptom of inflation. Actually, inflation is brought about by increasing the money supply, which the FED does out of thin air. Interesting stuff, especially if one hasn't been exposed to these ideas before.
