Have used them and other vendors on e-bay and have had no problems. If PayPal checks stuff you buy they never have interfered with me. Been buying off e-bayfor over 4 years, for 90% of the shit I use for growing and needed starting out and always used PayPal, take from that what you will. Just my experience!
