No pop...but then I haven't thrown any in some oil in a pan either. I'm just 'dry roasting' on the top of the wood burning heater. But yeah, seed can explode when burnt in your billy or J, but I don't think it'll 'pop' in the same manner as popcorn does. If I get the urge when I wake up (it's 4 am here and I need to sleeep), I'll try throwing a little oil in a pan and popping some. |
