buy daylight cfl's for vegging(6500k), the 2700K's are good for flowering. buy a light strip from lowes and buy a couple more y-adapters and you'll be lookin good. be careful of mixes with time released nutirents they will burn the young seedling. I use 1part perlite, 1pt peat moss both non-miracle grow and 1pt mushroom compost. I add 1 tablespoon of lime per gallon of mix. I make sure my nutrients are water soluble. I'm guessing you're on a cheap budget, at any rate see if there is a hydro store around you and you can find something to fit you're budget. Ph the water to between 6 to 7, I do mine at 6.5.
