....I've had a whacked out idea for years of building an island out of recycled floatable type things. Basically lashing jugs....tires...whatever floats your boat together. Piling a bunch of fertile material on top and.....well, playing god I suppose. Hey....lots of ocean....lots of trash that can be 'recycled'.......why not?
