hey dude, i suggest you dry for 5 or 7 days when ever its ready, but then cure for like
2 weeks. at least. Curing is the most important part. Try to at least go for a week if you have no patience. Jar em up. Burp em twice a day. And in 2 weeks, it'l be perfecto.
