i am in illinois... i have had great expierences with planetskunk.com dr chronic...marijuana.nl and i will let u know about attitude in a week i am waiting on an order.....but go to drchronic and look up chimera and sagarmatha both were high germ rates and original breeders packs with seeds...they repack them so they wont get crushed and 7 days from order i received seeds all 3 times...good luck
