Since you answered my OP I assume you know something about the question I asked, so I 'll give you some background to answer your questions first.

I live about a 7 minute swim to Canada. I have a boat that can make it across in about 20 seconds. I can dump a pound of weed off the side of my boat so fast no one would ever know the difference. I'm also a dual citizen so if I got busted in Canada I would be tried in Canada and would not be sent to the US for trial. As you can clearly see the only concern I have is being busted in Canada.

So how about those Canadian laws? What am I looking at getting caught with a number of plants growing outdoors.
