My wife was detained at the border. She is a canadian citizen. They found wraps in the car, but she wasn't carrying any marijuana. They merely asked her if she smoked and she said "occasionally to relieve stress." That was the red flag. The banned her on the spot. She wasn't convicted of a crime, and to my knowledge a misdemeanor isn't enough to deny entry. Im going to consult an attorney. Besides that do you have any advice for us?
