I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 2 years ago and my doctor whom I've had for 29 years now, prescribed a large amount of perks for me each month. I was to take them as often as I needed them each day and I did. It took me awhile to realize that they weren't working because I was always right ripped so I went back and told her I really didn't like them at all and was there something else she could give me. She said I could take SROM but I refused that one. She then told me off the record that the best thing I could do was to find an "herb" that was right for me and use it as often as necessary. Needless to say I am out and about almost every day now and I don't have to worry if my husband is here in the morning to help me out of bed because I can't do it myself, and I can live my life a hell of alot more normal and almost pain free. I think marijuana should be prescribed for all of us who suffer from fibromyalgia... better yet, I think we should be able to grow our own for medicinal purposes without being harrassed and without fear of going to prison and losing our children and everything we have worked so hard for. I grow Jack Herer and I find it to be a good pain reliever and it sure beats the snot out of being addicted to perks.
