iv been looking around the net, and there are alot of places (ebay etc) that sell used ballasts, full lighting systems, hydro systems, and anything else you could think of. most of the other stuff i know would be ok to buy used, its just the ballasts/lights im worried about. i know bulbs have around an 18 month life, how about ballasts though? is it smart to buy used equipment off line? im seeing really great deals (1000w hps lighting for like 150-250). thanks.
