She is a fibro specialist and a therapist and has done wonders for her. She got her off the pain meds and anti depressants and is doing some talk therapy with her. when i was a child about 7 years old or so the started giving them to me and they hadnt even tested them on adults yet i was a 7 year old ginny pig because i had trouble focusing in class and i had a reaction to the med's witch literally paralysed me for 6 months cause it swelled up all the muscles in my spine . | Quote:

And that's a big problem, to be truthful, in that many doctors will give out those samples they get without even reading up on the indications and contraindications. Amen to you seamaiden. OMG!!! No kidding! People do trust doctors to easily and get sucked in to the wrong meds. Most doctors do the easiest thing and that is to prescibe drugs. Period! 
Yeah, I expect you to earn it, I expect you to talk to me about the science, I expect you, Mr. Doctor, to do your BEST, not what's easiest. And don't be a patronizing fuck about it, either, or you'll not be seeing me. |  |
