Yeah it comes with a refelctor. I got the 1000W and no I did not get the upgraded bulb because I am going to buy one from another site that is better. But do you think it will work? Right now I am using the lights that are in my pics..... So I hope it works well. Gratz PETE247 on getting it. You should of got the 1000w

Also how much more electrical bill go up? Will it use a lot?
