even if you dont have the records you should just be able to tell them where you went (what hospital/dr/pharmacies) and they can request the records. Im sure bringing what you have in will help your case, but they can definitely find the records through the hospital and they wont say what they are calling for. they'll just request records for your back condition they treated you for. pretty simple. |
