I looked at those bathroom vanities as well, the max wattage is 180watts (or 3x 60watt bulbs), seems to me that the adapters would be safer.. |
Each of the sockets are rated at 660W, with a Y rated at 660w, by my math that means a total of 1980W. 6 26w CFL's are no where even close to being too much for that set up, especially if running Romex and properly grounding the circuit. JMHO
