Also, no need for the lamp exept as a source of heat, seedsling like a tiny bit of warmth (DONT OVERDO IT) like a seedmat, but they certainly dont need light. Darkness is best.

yea a friend of mine gave me 4 seeds that already have a good tap root and only 1 of them I was able to take off and the rest had teh tap root brake off
I put 3 seeds in room temp water in a shot glass and left it on my comp tower for 2 days and they all had tap roots ( 3/3 germanated )
