I would recommend them to buy from, i just bought a 250W hps/mh and with a bunch of other goodies. the shipping took a little long but im in the middle of nowhere pretty much so i understand. very good products price isn't really high and good customer satisfaction.and as for that all you needing, well i think its a decent starter kit i upgraded my reflector and bought the high-low reflector hangers which i would recommend for the extra couple of clams. the timer works good and the best part was it was free. hope this helped...peacez
