I would agree that a bomber cfl for 40 buck online is a very good idea. if you want to avoid the online bulb buying business then just go to home depot or wherever and pick up 2 or 4, 24w or 100w (depending on if your talking in cf or incandescent terms) I would say just buy the 2400k or warm whites and get that girl budding.
I cant really tell but it looks like your running out of vertical room. if so remember that when you bud she will still grow and get bigger and taller while budding.
