That plant is very short and the flowering appears to have been going on for at least 4 weeks in my opinion. Which means you only have another 4-5 weeks until you harvest it. My suggestions: your pot size is fine - that pot would allow at least another foot of upward growth - and being that your plant is so short you're gonna wanna put as much freakin light on that thing as possible - 75 watts is not enough if you want huge buds, and thats all you can hope for because you dont have many bud sites.
