Best I can figure is that people tend to stay with the problems they're familiar with. That's why a kid who's being abused doesn't report it -- she's afraid of the unknown and at least she knows what her old man's gonna pull. It's sort of the same thing with most voters, only they're FAR more lazy. Dumb fucks. Good article and good story, good on you.
