First Grow-How much longer???

Hi,
This is my first grow. I have two Snow White's from Nirvana and one Afgan Big Bud. They have all been in 12/12 for about 8 weeks now. I'm very impressed with the Snow White plants although the Afgan just doesnt look as juicy as the others. How much longer do you guys think until i can chop them. I'm starting to think the snow whites are nearly there as they seem to have a lot of brown hairs on them. The Afgan on the other hand looks a bit weedy in comparison and doesnt have nearly as many brown hairs.
Any advise would be great!!!
The first to pics are the Snow White and the rest are the Big Bud.
