you know how when you blast the butane into the bowl ice forms on the outside of the bowl? well you also have moisture that collects on the inside. pretty much vaporized throughout the oil. if you spray the butane/oil into a deep bowl and let it all evaporate you will end up with a puddle of water at the bottom under the oil. i think using this flatter pan will help it dry faster. the more surface area the faster it will dry. though i'm in no hurry.
