My only problem with cfl's is that normally you have to add around 3 weeks on top of whatever it takes to finish flowering.
so if you are six weeks flowering your sativa could have another 8 weeks to go.
your plant looks great and will fatten up eventually.
as far as genetics go, they are about 60 percent of the plants appearence and quality. the other 40 is of course water,light,and of course AIR.
but looks dank so far zoe!!!
below is a pic of my girl at 7 weeks.450 wats of cfl's. bulb in backround is a 65 watt cfl to put it in perspective.
