Take one and twist off the cap, put it on a sheet of aluminum foil, place it in a closet with the lights out for 5 days. When you check on it, if it has left an imprint on the foil that looks like a mushroom cap. Just follow direction on shroomery.org on making a spore syringe or you can just chop up the entire cap of the amanita muscaria and add it to a mixure of wet Vermiculite And Rye flour in a canning jar.
