you don't get a liscense to carry around 10 lbs of weed. you don't get probation for carrying around 10 lbs of weed. you don't drink and drive. period.
california is not a free state. there are laws that "protect" medical patients but people don't just run arounds with car loads of pot and call it a good day. if you don't have a medical card your just as fucked as any other state. if the feds decide to step in then you have no chance.
