Heres my grow room, my seedlings are on top of light reflector at moment ... the rest in there are vegetables n herbs lol, but they willl be off to the great outdoors soon.
My light is support by garden wire and four eye hooks (my invention), the hooks are on walls not top. so i raise the light by pulling both wires at same time. I did this as i can put the light at angle by just pulling one wire.
Yes that is a potato at the top ...
