If you use a Hypodermic needle and syringe ,you just inject the butter into the gel-cap , use a #5 (brown color on plastic base ) I think that is the large size .Place the caps on a plate and freeze them, then just store them in the freezer till you need a few. It is quick and easy , and no one has a clue what you are ingesting.....
