One amazing thing to think about. If the taliban or bin laden contaminated 1lb. of heroin the amount of damage done would be uncountable. Consider that the amount of " junkies" you see on the street constitutes only about 6 - 8 % of users of heroin, most being weekend junkies or sometime users ( office , factory & yes prob. even gov. workers ) so if contam. with botulism or smallpox by the time gov. got their collective thumbs out of their asses we'd be toast..
