to the cfls you will be using, keep them low - like right above the tops of the plants or they will stretch and grow to high or the steams will even crack... which is nasty but some plants even survive this if you patch them up with straws

if you have some floro tubes handy, you may put them vertical on the side walls and the cfls horizontal above, still not really enough light to flower with but better then nothing. the pot you end up with will be like mexican, but we can't ask for everything without HPS, or?
