I'm pretty sure that THC takes longer than a couple of days to leave your system, For testing purposes, something like 30+ days. This again is a matter of common sense. If Being high at work would in any way influence your quality of work or be a safety issue, then it should be avoided a reasonable time before work and untill after work.
Some jobs lend themselves to stoners, and being stoned may be a plus, like tending the MJ crops,~LOL~.
