Look at state laws not federal. The FEDs are going to say you cant because it agianst Federal Law. Your state has the right to prescribe you mary jane because its state law. But you apply threw the state for 215 not a doctor so get a note from a doctor or 2 then apply. Any of the places in cali will sell to you with 215 well most.
