I'd go with at least the 400W HPS, In the lighting game bigger is better. You can get the dual spectrum replacement bulbs for about 20-25 bucks. Net pots are all over E-bay along with the hydroton rocks, 6 net pots and hydroton rocks about 10-15 bucks.
